Please note: Freedom Farm at Maple Ridge PLACE is located at the new roundabout at the intersection of Keystone Rd and River Rd. near Chum’s Corners, Traverse City, MI. Entrance to the property is via an S-curve paved access drive entering from River Rd. right before entering the roundabout. Come up the drive, cross the railroad tracks and follow the signs directly ahead.
Note: Private client sessions and programs take place throughout the day. Please make an appointment to visit. We will provide directions.
Volunteer opportunities abound at the farm for working on the new Back to Eden-style gardens, tree & plant nursery, permaculture orchard, food forests and other land-based projects, future new horse shelter, pasture fencing, chicken area, and other work projects on the farm, as well as caring for the horses and other farm animals.
